I am a Colombian biologist and anthropologist. My research focuses on bio- and eco-acoustics, as well as sound in general, sharing knowledge in the field with local communities and fostering dialogues between the social sciences, arts, and biology, both within and outside academia.
I conduct research in Colombia and Canada, where I have active collaborations and ongoing projects.
Currently, I am a Ph.D. Candidate at the Mennill Sound Analysis Lab at the University of Windsor, working under the supervision of Dr. Dan Mennill and Dr. Oscar Laverde.
